You know, I wouldn’t have nearly as much of a problem with these people if they didn’t insist on justifying what they’re doing. Like, if they just owned up to their shit and said, “Yeah I know w*ncest is fucked up but I still like shipping it” it would just turn into one of the million other gross things on the internet to avoid. But these people sit there and try to normalize it, try to tell me that it’s somehow virtuous to be into incest, try to tell me that they are somehow LGBT allies by promoting this shit even though it reinforces the basic foundation of homophobia where all gay people are thought to be deviant perverts, that it magically isn’t harmful to CSA survivors because there was this one person once that wasn’t upset by it so they don’t need to be careful about posting and tagging it, that they don’t need to write disclaimers to protect potential abuse victims… Yeah, no, fuck off.
