#this speaks to me on such a deep level #how much the fandom ideas that dean HAS to say everything #he feels when other people (sam)  demand #and how invasive it is for someone like dean #whose emotions run so deep and complex #that sometime they break him apart #to want him to stand naked and exposed and take #all the hits without protection #like some kind of voyeristic need to see what is dean’s and dean’s alone #that’s his and intimate and private #to me it feels like the most intrusive breach of his boundaries #couched in some superficial idea that it is ~for his own good #but that the narrative so often presents as a need to fix dean #(and fandom runs with it) #with this need to fix dean of some fundamental fatal flaw that is NOT a flaw (via veneredirimmel)
