• Dean’s characterization + Dean himself
• Mary’s entire backstory and prior characterization
• Both Sam and Dean’s Hell arcs + basic respect for torture victims
• Literally the entire 6-seasons-long Cain-Michael-Dean Abel-Lucifer-Sam mytharc (Vesse-what?)
• The original Men of Letters
• The blue-collar-hunting basis for the entire show
• The arcane, physics-defying qualities of the “supernatural” part of Supernatural, for everything from leeches to Lucifer
• Every shred of integrity Sam and Mary may have had
• Sam and Dean’s emotional needs and tortured childhoods re: not having a mother (Dabb: “Fuck you we’re not doing Moms this season, I just needed another character to move some BMOL chesspieces around”)
