I’ve just realized that I have as little patience to Cas fans who enjoy bashing Dean and calling him names and insisting he’s an abusive bastard, as tI have to so called Dean fans who insist Castiel should just dissapear.

It’s not about shipping them. It’s about realizing that both characters have gotten the raw end of the stick, and that their friendship, conflicted as it is, is the best thing both of them have at the moment.
