I realise this may be news to Sam, but sometimes people are upset when someone they love is sick without making it all about themselves. It’s called empathy.

Do people not remeber that at first Sam was using Jack for his own selfish purposes? Sam admitted this.
Do people not rememember Dean apologizing in episode 4.
If Sam gets credit for apologizing why doesnt’t Dean?
