This is yet another reason why Sam isnt’ a good leader. He doesn’t respect the people he’s supposedly leading.
What the hell does Sam expect Dean to do all day? Sit around and mope? Why is Sam telling Dean to get another hunter.
Sam’s speech to Charlie wasn’t heartwarrming. It was a full fledged guilt trip. Shouldnt’ he respect her wishes and tell her that if she changes her mind the door would always be open? A good leader would respect Charlies’s wishes.
On the flip side we have Dean. He’s mentoring the younger hunter. He gives good advice and doesn’t act like a mistake (or pointing one out) is the end of the world or something to fall apart over.
We have Dean checking the well being of the other hunters.
Don’t tell me that Dean isn’t a natural born leader.
