No, they don’t. They created a product. You’re consuming it. They don’t owe you anything. Sometimes you can put in your opinion and the creators may listen and change things if enough people share your opinion and sometimes they won’t. It’s their product and they can make it as they see fit. You don’t have to be a fan of it.
