DEAN WAS CALLING HER OUT BASED ON HER ACTIONS/BEHAVIOUR! SHE WANTED TO HUNT, DEAN AGREED WITH HER DECISION, SHE TOLD HIM THAT SHE DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO COOK, HE WAS FINE WITH THAT, SHE SAID THAT SHE NEEDED TIME/SPACE, DEAN GAVE HER TIME/SPACE!

Is’t funny how when Dean is the one cooking, doing the house work, being the caretaker, this whole fandom cheers about this but when those traits are given to other characters, the only thing you see is:“they are reducing the character”…

Some people fail to understand that since Mary is back, she is avoing any close relationship with her sons, and that is what made lots of people dislike her, the fact that she doesn’t even try, and then of course, she’s been working with the BMOL, people who tortured her sons, she put the lives of her sons and cas at risk because of that and lets not forget Wally, so yes, Dean’s feelings when he calls her out are valid.

The show decided to make Mary more complex and that is awesome, but they are not doing that in the right direction. Ellen Harvelle was a mom, but she wasn’t just that, she was a hunter, had her own business, had her own life, she was a clear example of strong female character, also let’s talk about Jody Mills, a badass sheriff who lost her husband and son, those traumatic things that happened in her life didn’t stop her from being a loving and caring person, because she’s been more of a mom to Dean and sam than Mary (i’m talking about emotional support here, because ya know, being a mom isn’t about staying at home babysitting your kids).
