Isn’t Lucifer God’s second oldest?  Isn’t that the whole point of paralleling him and Michael with Cain and Abel and Sam and Dean? Michael/Cain/Dean is the first born and Lucifer/Abel/Sam is the second born? Am I missing something here or?
